About us and our animals
Originally from a smallholding in rural Essex, we are now delighted to be living in Devon with our ever expanding menagerie.
Having raised three children and worked at a village pre-school for nearly 20 years, I have seen at first hand the wonderful interaction between children and animals. I hope that families visiting us in Devon will enjoy sharing in our passion.
We currently have Golden Guernsey goats, chickens, turkeys and geese. Having successfully bred Gloucester Old Spot pigs in Essex, we will soon be re-stocking with this favoured breed. The meat has to be tasted to be believed; it is amazing.
We are committed to making your holiday as relaxed and happy as possible and can assure you that a warm welcome awaits (along with a cream tea or cake!) in this beautiful and peaceful location.
