ABOUT US
Originally from rural Essex, Angela and Philip relocated with their family and animals to the picturesque North Devon countryside, to set up their small holding and holiday lets in 2010. Our idyllic holiday getaways are set in tranquil surroundings enjoying far reaching views of rolling countryside.
Sat on the boarder between Devon and Cornwall, you are perfectly located to explore all that this wonderful part of the world has to offer. Beautiful sandy beaches, stunning rugged coastline, harbours and sheltered coves are all within easy reach. If you love walking through stunning scenery, the South West Coastal path boasting magnificent views from the cliff tops is a must. Venture inland and visit beautiful gardens including RHS Rosemoor.

Orchard Lodge is a delightful New England style timber dwelling. The spacious enclosed garden is perfect for long lazy lunches while children and pooches play. The large decked area, outside seating and raised flower bed complete this pretty retreat making it the perfect spot to enjoy a glass of your favourite tipple.

Biteford Cottage is a quirky upside down property. The King size and twin bedrooms are located on the ground floor with living accommodation upstairs maximising the views. A perfect spot to watch our chickens, ducks and geese potter about. A very large, well maintained lawn area which is completely fenced offers a wonderful play area for children and dogs.

Self Catering
Well equipped kitchen facilities. Dishwasher, Washing machine and fridge in each property with an electric oven and hob.
Free Wifi
Wifi available at both properties. Including a Television and DVD player. A selection of DVDs are also available.
Gardens
Enclosed lawns for children and dogs to play safely. A BBQ is available at each property with outside seating.
Amenities
Both properties have baths and showers. Fresh towels are left in the property for you to use. We also have travel cots, stair gates and high chairs if required.
